Margarida Almeida joined Altice Labs in 2022, where she is Director of Innovation Strategy and Communication. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years in the University of Aveiro teaching and researching.

Throughout her academic career, she has led and managed research centers and coordinated international research projects in digital technology. Margarida has a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Technologies from the University of Aveiro, and a postdoctoral degree from the University of Porto.
