Luísa Vieites Rodrigues is a Gender Coordinator with UNICEF Angola country office, where she supports initiatives to promote gender equality and strengthen institutional capacity. She holds a master’s degree in Gender, Justice and Society and has a background in Criminology and Education.
With over 10 years of international experience across Europe (Portugal and Germany), the Middle East (Jordan), and Africa (Angola), she has worked in research, programme management, and policy advisory roles, collaborating with governments, civil society, and international organizations to advance gender equality and protect the rights of women and children.
