Since July 2017, José Domingos is Omatapalo Engenharia e Construção CEO and he is a member of the management board.

He is committed to quality, growth, finances and people, focusing on the long-term vision. From 2000 to 2016, he worked for Somague as the Director-General, where he was in charge of several main construction works.

For 10 years, between 2006 and 2016, José Domingos worked and lived in South Africa, where he is originally from. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Minho, where he graduated in 1996.
