Roberto Schiliro has been serving as the Green Deal Team Leader before taking on the responsibility as the Head of Cooperation at the European Union Delegation to Ethiopia (current position). And, soon will become the new Head of Cooperation at the Delegation of the European Union to Madagascar in his next role.

Before moving to Ethiopia, Mr. Roberto was the Green Deal Team Leader at the EU Delegation to Ghana. Mr. Schiliro has over 20 years of experience working with the European Union, where he covered different roles in humanitarian assistance, environment, external relations, and development cooperation.

Mr. Schiliro holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rome.
