This expertise has mainly been exercised in the multilateral partnership with the European Union and its specialised institutions at the level of private sector development involving, among other things, the improvement of competitiveness, promotion of investments, public-private dialogue and facilitation of access to markets and funding. Other focus areas of his expertise include public policies in terms of budgetary support, structural reforms, international negotiations and support for the implementation of economic partnership agreements and sector-specific strategies.

He is therefore a practitioner of economic diplomacy, intermediation and facilitation between public and private stakeholders, economic and regional integration policies, infrastructure financing as well as inclusive and sustainable development strategies in changing multicultural environments.
