Mossadeck Bally is the Founder and CEO of the Azalai Hotels Group, the flagship hotel chain in West Africa. In 1994, Mossadeck Bally acquired the mythical “Grand Hôtel de Bamako”. In 2000, he built the Salam Hotel, now Azalaï Hotel Bamako and managed Hotel Nord Sud. In 2005, he consolidated the activities of the various properties under a common brand “Azalaï Hotels”. The Azalaï Hotels Group expanded to Burkina Faso, Guinea Bissau, Benin and more recently to Mauritania, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Guinee Conakry, Niger and Cameroun. Azalaï Hotels Group is, today, the first African private hotel chain group in the West African Region, providing direct employment to about 900 persons and over 2000 indirectly.
