Filipe Santos Costa

President of the Portuguese Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade (AICEP) Portugal

Filipe Costa is president of the Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade of Portugal (AICEP).

He has been the executive chairman of AICEP Global Parques since July 2018.

For three years he was a delegate of AICEP in San Francisco (USA) and before that in Shanghai (China), 

He also has experience in European funds, having been in charge in 2009 and 2011 of the Mission Structure for the Management of Community Funds (EMGFC) in the Ministry of Internal Administration (MAI).

Political experience is also part of his curriculum. Filipe Costa was head of cabinet of the Minister of Justice, Alberto Costa, (2005-2008) and head of cabinet of the Secretary of State for Culture (2001-2002). This last position was held while he was coordinator of non-European organizations in Anacom’s external relations.
