Audrey Mothupi

Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative; CEO, Systemic Logic Group South Africa

Audrey Mothupi is the chief executive officer of Systemic Logic Group, a global consulting and technology company with a leading position in innovation and emerging business strategy.

Prior to her appointment as CEO, she was head of inclusive banking at Standard Bank Group. Her division was awarded the BAI-Finacle Global Banking Innovation Award 2013 for innovation in social and community impact.

Audrey Mothupi’s experience spans various business functions including group strategy, human resources, marketing, communications, and corporate affairs. During her tenure as executive director of group strategic services at Liberty Life, the organization was ranked first for two consecutive years in the annual Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Best Employer awards.

She is an independent non-executive director on the board of Pick ‘n Pay, one of South Africa’s leading supermarket chains. Audrey continues to be a trustee of the Liberty Education Foundation, which is an independent trust focused on improving South Africa’s education system, with an emphasis on maths and science. She is president of Orange Babies of South Africa, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing mother-to-child transmission of HIV/AIDS and providing care for AIDS orphans and vulnerable children in South Africa, Namibia, and Zambia. Audrey is a member of the African Leadership Initiative, focused on the progressive development of values-based African leaders, which is part of a broader community of successful entrepreneurs, establishing the Aspen Leadership Network. Most recently, Audrey received honorary membership for academic and leadership excellence from the Golden Key International Honor Society and was named one of Africa’s 1000 most powerful women by Phenomenal African Woman #PAW10:10.
